At Soha Properties, transparency is our core values. We are excited to present the construction progress report for our flagship project, Soha Gold Crest in Thane, for the second quarter of 2026. Our engineering team is working round-the-clock to ensure timely delivery while maintaining our signature build quality.
Key Milestones Reached in Q2 2026:
- Structural Slab: The 24th-floor slab casting has been successfully completed. Pre-slab reinforcement is currently underway for the 25th floor.
- Internal Brickwork & Plastering: Brick masonry and internal gyps plastering have been completed up to the 18th floor.
- Electrical & Plumbing: Concealed piping and wiring works are progressing smoothly, now active on the 15th and 16th floors.
- Window Frames: The installation of gold-anodized high-durability French window frames has commenced on the lower residential levels (Floors 2 to 6).
What is Next?
In Q3 2026, we will initiate tiling works for the lower lobbies, start elevator installations in shaft A, and complete the outer facade plastering for the first ten floors. The project is fully on schedule for possession by mid-2027.
