All information, including architectural renders, mockups, carpet sizes, connectivity maps, pricing estimations, and list amenities, is provided for representational guidelines only. It does not constitute a legal offer. The final building specifications, layout plans, and carpet dimensions are strictly governed by the registered Builder-Buyer Agreement executed at the time of official booking.
2. MahaRERA Verification
All our ongoing and upcoming projects are registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA). We advise all prospective buyers to cross-verify project registrations, layout approvals, and escrow status directly on the MahaRERA portal using the RERA number provided on each project card (e.g. Soha Gold Crest RERA: P51700088990).
3. Pricing Estimations & Taxations
Prices listed on our projects catalog (e.g. "₹ 1.25 Cr* onwards") represent starting estimations. Final pricing is subject to:
- Floor rise charges and preferential location fees.
- Stamp duty, registration charges, and government taxes (GST).
- Society maintenance deposits and utility installation fees.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Any booking submitted is subject to validation of credentials, allotment availability, and initial payment clearances. Cancellation procedures, administrative charges, and refund processes are strictly governed by our refund policy and the specific booking terms signed during the allotment registry.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including logo assets, text paragraphs, architectural render graphics, interior photography, layout graphics, and CSS styles, is the intellectual property of Soha Properties Private Limited. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane / Mumbai.
